Tactics Quarter and Semifinals: Vitus although a fierce competitor, favors a steady pace but will pass the curves closely to gain position if needed in addition to letting his horse run full out in the last laps if needed. While he prefers not to use the whip, he has a unique way of making it work for him.
Tactics Finals: Same guidelines as for the Quarter and Semifinals however if need be he may force a rival to the wall of the circus
The horses chosen have bloodlines from Hispania and are a rich golden chestnut color with flaxen manes. Their names are Nonios, Abatus, Harpagos and Celer.
My chariot: Prima Lux (First Light aka Dawn or Sunrise). The body is painted in ivory with a slightly burnished gold trim on the felly so glare will not impede the vision of Vitus. The temo is ivory as well with burnished accents but there is a back strip of a bright shining gold metal where the charioteer will step into the chariot itself. As with most chariots it has a dense oak axle and the body is of tightly woven wicker and dense wood but there are a few special reinforcements added to strengthen it and adjustments made to lighten it for speed. The side part of the canthus is likewise painted with burnished gold matching the reinforced metal of the business part that appears to be of a golden bronze - but the eight spokes are layered in the most gleaming gold color and in the center of spokes is a depiction of a head of a shining golden panther roaring; its fangs bared.
